Akiza Izinski`s bad ending

After being defeated, Akiza Izinski(Aki izayoi) is taken by Sect to a special room inside the Aerial Fortress Seibal. Later, when Sect and Yusei begin their final Duel as the Supreme Kings of the Earthbound and Heavenly Locks.
the defeated Duel Priestess, Akiza, is offered as a sacrifice to the Ultimate God's revival, with the Ultimate God slowly draining her life.
Unfortuntely Yusei failed in the final ritual Duel and the Ultimate God was resurrected by Akiza`s lifepower.Ultimaya Tzolk approached the helpless Duel Priestess and ripped her chest with his claw.Aki could not imagine that she would die in such way and began to scream and ask Yusei for help,but no one answered.A bloody beating heart was taken from her body with no mercy.Watching her heart off herself,the only thing she could face with was a slow painful death.
IF in yugioh 5Ds manga ep52 to 55 Yusei had failed,this might have been Aki`s badend.
